Hours of Operation
The Back to Basics Centre is open 6 days a week, in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings. But, in order to meet the unique needs of each of our patients, our scheduled hours are kept flexible. Please call (519) 827-9519 for an appointment that is suitable to your needs.
Clinic Fees
Chiropractic Services are only partially covered by OHIP* (to a maximum of $150.00 per year - April to March).
OHIP Benefits do not cover full costs and after a patient's OHIP coverage runs out, the patient is required to pay the full fee. Patients who do not have OHIP coverage are required to pay the full fee. The fee after OHIP coverage runs out will be an additional $9.65 per appointment. Charges for X-rays will be quoted in advance on an as required basis.
Fees are due when services are rendered, and are payable by cash, cheque, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Automatic Debit Card. If in diagnosis of your treatment, it is deemed that a modality service would facilitate your progress, most are encompassed in our normal fee schedule. It is possible that your own individual insurance policy may cover Chiropractic services above OHIP coverage. Please check your policy. Receipts and statements are available for you to assist you in making coverage claims, but you must pay us first, then collect from your insurance company yourself.
Please Note: We understand that emergencies happen and you may need to rearrange your appointment times, but this time has been set aside specifically for you. If you can’t make your appointment, please call and let us know, so we may offer that time to a fellow patient. As such, if you fail to inform us that you need to reschedule, and miss your appointment for any of our services (Chiropractic, Massage, Kinesiology, etc.), the full treatment fee will be assessed.
