Doreen Tschanz, Chiropractic Health Assistant
If experience is the best teacher, our Doreen will have learned more than most. Having been a Level II Tennis Instructor for nearly 20 years, and a Level II Ski Instructor for over a decade, Doreen has gained substantial knowledge of both Human Kinetics and Human Physical Anatomy. But in addition to this clinical understanding, her years as an instructor have taught her how to relate to people as individuals, empathizing with their needs and concerns in order to help them achieve their best.
The original "people" person, Doreen takes great pleasure in helping others stay healthy & feel good about themselves. She also enjoys getting to know each Back to Basics client as both an individual and as a patient. "Without understanding both aspects of the person, you cannot give them the best treatment and the healthiest road to wellness".

Cassandra McAllister, Office Manager
The strength behind the caring, Cassandra provides the organization behind this organization. Her background in Marketing and Business Administration allows her to focus on the business direction of the company, giving Back to Basics various Health Care Professionals the freedom to concentrate on the health and well-being of their patients.
A big city girl who has moved around a lot, Cassandra is happy to have been able to settle down to a life in our charming city of Guelph. The contentment of this city has only fostered the main joy she derives from her daughter Natasha and husband Philip.
Before joining Back to Basics, Cassandra was proud to have been able to stay home and be part of Natashas early development. (please see DR. MCALLISTERS PERSONAL BIOGRAPHY or Cerebral Palsy Links if you would like more information on Natashas story).
The day to day management of Back to Basics is a continuous (yet rewarding) challenge, and Cassandra is very pleased and proud to be part of this organization and its revolutionary implementation of Chiropractic & Rehabilitative Health Care.
